How It Works | Neural Delphi

What you buy

Neural Delphi sells digital self-discovery content: personalized numerology reports, tarot readings, and compatibility analyses. Each product is generated from information you provide (birth date, questions, names, etc.). You pay for access to that digital content delivered on the platform.

How you receive it

After Stripe confirms payment, your result is unlocked immediately. You continue in the same session or use a link sent to your email when provided. We do not ship physical goods; everything is online in the browser.

Delivery timing

For one-time purchases, delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed. If a rare processing issue occurs, support will restore access within 24 hours.

Personalized and instant

Content is generated on demand from your answers. Generation is automated; once payment is confirmed, the full result is available right away.

Subscriptions

If a subscription is offered, billing recurs as described at checkout. You may cancel anytime via the management link or support email. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains through the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation

For one‑off purchases, “cancellation” after delivery follows the refund policy. For subscriptions, you cancel without penalty; the next charge does not occur.
